Die Anmietungsqualität sowie -quantität auf dem „Ku’damm“ und der Tauentzienstraße befinden sich auf einem anhaltend hohen Niveau. In der Tauentzien-straße 13 eröfneten die deutschlandweit ersten Filialen der Modekonzepte Pull & Bear sowie Forever 21. Den Kurfürstendamm bereichern unter anderem Stores von Apple sowie Golfino und Filippa K. In unmittelbarer Nähe zum fertiggestellten Hotel Waldorf Astoria werden zu-künftig das Shopping-Center BIKINI Berlin sowie die Top-Entwicklung Upper West (Fertigstellung 2016) das Gebäudeensemble um den Breitscheidplatz komplettieren.

Project developments and tenancies

The quality and quantity of lettings on “Ku’Damm” and Tauentzienstraße are still persistently high. The first stores of the fashion concepts Pull & Bear and Forever 21 in Germany opened at Tauentzienstraße 13. Apple, Golfino and Filippa K stores add to the Kurfürstendamm location. In the immediate vicinity of the completed Hotel Waldorf Astoria, the shopping centre BIKINI Berlin and the top development Upper West (completion 2016) round of the ensemble of buildings around Breitscheidplatz.
